1. How do I place an order?

Currently, all orders are placed through WhatsApp. Simply contact us with the product(s) you wish to purchase, and our team will confirm availability, shipping details, and payment information before processing your order.

2. Do you ship across India?

Yes. We deliver our products to customers all over India through trusted courier partners.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will share the courier tracking details with you via WhatsApp whenever available.

5. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Please contact us on WhatsApp to know the payment options available for your location.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

No. We follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and, if possible, an unboxing video.

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Share clear photos of the damaged item and packaging along with your order details. After verification, we will arrange a replacement if your claim is approved.

8. Are the product photos original?

Yes. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting conditions and differences in mobile or computer screen settings.

9. Do you sell original perfumes?

Yes. We offer genuine perfumes from trusted brands and suppliers. If you have any questions about a specific perfume, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Orders may only be cancelled before they are confirmed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for complete details.
