Order Placement
Currently, all orders are accepted through WhatsApp. After receiving your order, our team will contact you to confirm:

- Shipping address
- Payment details
- Final order confirmation
Only confirmed orders are processed for shipment.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Coverage
We proudly deliver our products across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2β5 Business Days after dispatch.
- Other Cities & Towns: 4β8 Business Days after dispatch.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier availability.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated during order confirmation before payment is collected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp whenever available.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate when confirming your order. Hamoom - Fashion & Beauty is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect item:
- Take clear photos of the package and product.
- Record an unboxing video whenever possible.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution where applicable.
Return & Exchange Policy
We maintain a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.
A replacement will only be considered if:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery or for products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
