No Return & No Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We maintain a strict No Return and No Exchange policy on all products, including women's clothing, perfumes, and other items sold through Hamoom - Fashion & Beauty.

As our products are carefully inspected before dispatch, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to reasons such as:

  • Change of mind.
  • Dislike of the color, design, or style after purchase.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Ordering the wrong product.
  • Delay in delivery caused by the courier service.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We will only consider replacement requests if:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • You received an incorrect product that does not match your confirmed order.

Replacement Process

Non-Eligible Claims

Requests will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made more than 24 hours after delivery.
  • The product has been used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Policy

As we follow a strict No Return policy, refunds are generally not provided.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received.
  • A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
